Jeremy West
Warehouse Manager
Jeremy grew up in Mt. Vernon, IA. After graduating high school he moved to Dallas, TX where he worked in the warehouse of a security company. After moving back to Iowa he worked as a locksmith for 11 years, seven of them as a safe and vault specialist. In 2003 he married Jeana and now has three children. His hobbies include attending and photographing his children playing sports. He plays softball and golf and also enjoys deep sea fishing and shell hunting.
Skip Fischer
Material Handling
Skip was born and raised in southern California, where he graduated high school in 2001. Shortly there after, he was inclinded by the September 11 attacks to join the U.S. Navy. He served in the Middle East during Operation Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom as an Aviation Electrical Technician.
After his honorable discharge, he married and moved to Washington to pursue his civilian aviation mechanics certification. He attained his A&P license there and worked as an Aviation Electronics Tech at Quest Aircraft until he joined the MidAmerican Aerospace team in June of 2016.
Since 2009 Skip has had a variety of roles in non-profit youth organizations. He’s passionate about mentoring the youth to help navigate them through life’s challenges. His hobbies include traveling, hiking, and experiencing different gastronomical offerings.
Zyriah Schlitter

Zyriah was born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and graduated from Linn-Mar high school in 2005. He attended Kirkwood Community College for two years studying Computer Networking. After his studies at Kirkwood, he worked at a local Networking & Telecommunications Equipment Sales and Distribution Company before joining the MidAmerican Aerospace team in 2016.
Faith is a high priority in his life. He’s allowed faith to shape him into the man he is today. Other then his faith, his interests and hobbies include building and working on computers, working on classic cars, going to concerts, hiking, riding motorcycles, traveling, Sim Racing, R/C Cars, binge watching TV shows, movies, Bible study, photography, hunting, NASCAR and spending time with family.

Kelon Hardwick

Kelon has made a home out of MidAmerica Aerospace since 2018, as a disassembly mechanic. Prior to his career in aerospace, he graduated from Union high school in 2005. He has overseen and managed construction and masonry before working as a golf cart mechanic for 5 years.
Kelon enjoys spending time with his family, golf and kayaking. He is involved in community projects such as fundraisers and EMS as a driver and technician.
